Jim Logue

Jim concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance defense and civil litigation.  He has handled a substantial number of cases involving motor vehicle and trucking accidents, premises liability, products liability, fire damage and property damage.  Jim has handled cases in a majority of the Pennsylvania counties across the state.  He has vast experience in litigation, including jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, mediations and administrative hearings in the unemployment and workers’ compensation arenas.  

Jim graduated form the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, cum laude, with a B.S. in communications with a minor in business.  He is a 2005 graduate of the Widener University Commonwealth Law School.  Jim is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  He is also admitted in the Third Circuit United States Court of Appeals.  

Jim is a member of the York County Bar Association.  He is a Board member of the ARC of York County.  He has served on the court approved York County arbitration panel.  Jim is also a certified mediator for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  Jim was the recipient of the 2009 special pro bono recognition award for service to York County.
