After studying abroad in Germany during college and law school, Mr. Boyer began his career as a first-year associate at the UK Silver Circle law firm Ashurst in Frankfurt, Germany. He subsequently worked as in-house counsel to companies in the insurance, technology and automotive industries in Pennsylvania. Now Mr. Boyer focuses on civil litigation and insurance defense, and has litigated cases in state courts, as well as before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals in Falls Church, Virginia.
Mr. Boyer graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in government and a minor in Asian studies in 1998 and earned his law degree from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2001. While in law school, he served on the law review and published the annually awarded Best Student Article in the Widener Journal of Public Law. Mr. Boyer is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.
